By visiting our website, purchasing any product, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any product from ThemeVolty.

By accessing ThemeVolty or completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with any policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. License Terms

ThemeVolty grants customers a license to use our products according to the specific license associated with each purchase. All products remain the intellectual property of ThemeVolty. You may customize our themes and modules to suit your business needs.

Personal License (One Domain Only)

All ThemeVolty themes and modules are provided under a personal license, which allows usage on one website / one domain only per purchase.

  • The license is valid for a single domain or store installation.
  • If you attempt to use the same license on another domain, sub-domain, clone, or additional installation, the license will be automatically blocked, and the product will stop functioning.
  • To use the product on multiple domains, you must purchase additional licenses for each domain.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or reusing the product across multiple domains is strictly prohibited.

License Certificate

  • Every purchase includes a License Certificate containing a unique serial key.
  • The license remains valid until you stop using the product or until ThemeVolty terminates the license due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Technical Support

ThemeVolty provides standard technical support for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, as defined in our Support Policy.

Support Includes

  • Assistance with general product-related issues
  • Bug fixes
  • Guidance on basic usage
  • Response time within 48 business hours

Support Does Not Include

  • Installation services
  • Custom modifications or development
  • Theme adjustments beyond the default features

If you require installation, customization, or advanced development, you may request a paid service through our Service Center.

Note: Free themes do not include technical support.

4. Refund Policy

ThemeVolty aims to deliver high-quality products and a transparent purchasing experience. Our refund terms differ for paid products and free themes (which include a handling fee). Please review the conditions below before submitting any refund request.

4.1 Refund Policy for Paid Templates & Modules

ThemeVolty offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid themes and paid modules. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Refund Eligibility (Paid Products)

A refund may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The developer refused to provide support, or
  • The developer failed to provide support within the defined support scope, and
  • The customer has not downloaded the purchased theme or module.

Refund Will NOT Be Granted If:

  • The product has been downloaded.
  • The customer requests a refund for features not mentioned in the product description, documentation, or demo.
  • The issue requires customer cooperation (e.g., FTP/Admin access), and the customer refuses to provide it.
  • The refund request is submitted after 14 days.

Post-Refund Requirements

Once a refund is approved:

  • You must delete the product from all domains—live, staging, or test.
  • Continued use after a refund constitutes a license violation, and ThemeVolty may take appropriate legal action.

Support & Access Requirements

To resolve technical issues:

  • Customers must provide required access (Admin, FTP, Database, etc.).
  • If access is denied, support cannot be provided, and no refund will be issued.

Final Refund Decision

All refund requests are reviewed by ThemeVolty’s support team.

ThemeVolty reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund cases.

4.2 Refund Policy for Free Themes (Handling Fee Applies)

ThemeVolty offers selected free PrestaShop themes with a non-refundable handling fee. This fee covers packaging, delivery, and distribution costs.

Refund Eligibility (Free Themes)

Refunds are not available for free themes because they include a handling fee, which is non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Theme not compatible with third-party modules
  • Customer requests support (not included)
  • Customer changes mind
  • Customer purchased the product by mistake
  • Customer requires customization or modifications

Important Notes

  • Technical support is not included for free themes.
  • We recommend reviewing the demo before requesting or downloading a free theme.
  • All free themes are provided “as-is.”

5. Product Updates

ThemeVolty regularly updates its themes and modules to maintain compatibility with new platform versions and to introduce improvements.

Customers with a valid license will receive product updates at no additional cost.

6. Changes to These Terms

ThemeVolty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
