1. General Information
You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of any products and services placed on Themevolty websites implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. License Terms
Our websites grant users separate licenses that regulate our product and service use. In terms of licensing, Themevolty undertakes the roles of owner. You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.
Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until Themevolty terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its T&C. Each License Certificate includes a license serial which is valid for one store installation only.
3. Technical Support
According to the company Support Policy, we provide general support for our products and services for 6 (six) months after their purchase. We do not install or modify any of our products that require this within general and extended support terms. The product price does not cover installation and modification. If clients need additional help with product setup or modification, they can use our Service Center offers for an additional fee. Free theme doesn't include any support
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our products. You can request a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date.
A refund will be granted only if one of the following conditions is met:
Refund Eligibility:
- The developer denied to provide support.
- The developer failed to provide support.
- The client has not downloaded the module or theme yet.
Refund Will Not Be Granted If:
- The client has already downloaded the module.
- The product was purchased without reviewing the demo, and the refund request is based on missing features that were not advertised.
- The issue reported requires cooperation from the client, but the client fails to provide necessary information or access to resolve it.
- The refund request is made after the 14-day period.
Post-Refund Terms:
- After a refund is processed, you must not use the product on any live or test domain.
- If we find that you are still using the product after receiving a refund, legal action will be taken to enforce our rights.
Support & Login Access Requirement
- To resolve any issue, the customer must provide necessary login details (such as admin panel or FTP access) as requested by the support team.
- If the customer refuses to provide login details, support will not be granted, and a refund will not be processed.
Refund Process & Final Decision
- After submitting a refund request, it will be reviewed by our support team.
- The final decision to approve or deny the refund rests solely with us.

5. Product Update
Themevolty does upgrade time to time to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later latest versions. Customers purchased a product from Themevolty will get the updated versions. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.
6. Changes to this privacy policy
We have the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without sending your prior notice. Thus, we request you to read this page before using our site and buying our platform.
