We all have our routines to get our coffee fix, whether it be a homebrew or at a local cafe. As we wait patiently, we can be blissfully ignorant of the efforts that have gone into providing us with that delicious hit of caffeine. Coffee Lands’ literature illustrates the ethical trade of coffee and introduces us to the grinding work of kickstarting coffee production. Coffee Lands’ projects are coordinated by Catholic Relief Services (CRS), whose mission is to support vulnerable people living in poverty overseas. You can donate to CRS on the website and follow along with initiating projects.
